Top 10 most Shazamed tracks this Ibiza summer
With Ibiza summer 2019 a wrap, here’s a glimpse into track ID’s revelers needed.
Now that summer is officially over and all the revelers have left Party Island with their bronze bodies and countless memories, let’s have a look at what tracks they had to get their hands on.
This season Billboard teamed up with Shazam to compile a weekly list of the most Shazamed dance tracks, running from May 1 to October 6.
They then took that data and compiled a final Top 10 dance tracks Shazamed this season, with the #1 spot going to Italian producer Roberto Surace for his track, “Joys,” which #1 for the full 11 weeks.
“I am very excited by the support ‘Joys’ has received from the public and international DJs, and Shazam played a key role in bringing the track to the fans,” Surace tells Shazam and Billboard. “This summer in Ibiza was a fantastic season, I received a lot of support from the island, and I’m happy because I’ve been visiting Ibiza for years and it’s an island that gave me so much in my musical career.”

It’s not all groovy music and beautiful people in Ibiza; new reports show that 500kg waste was generated per person this year, double the average produced in mainland Spain per person.
