The Martinez Brothers drop ‘Space Jams Vol.1’ mixtape
The 13-track mixtape features edits from The Martinez Brothers 24-hour set at Club Space, Miami.
Chris and Steve Jr. Martinez, one of dance music’s most formidable family duo’s, present to you Space Jams Vol. 1, a 13-track mixtape which features 8 edits from their epic Club Space Miami 24-hour sets.
The edits featured on the mixtape range from disco to R&B to hip-hop, including their interpretations of War, Fatback Band, Odyssey, Janet Jackson and Lil Yachty.
Speaking of a conversation they had with Danny Tenaglia about the importance of edits, the Brother’s said:
“Over the years, it’s come to pass that some of those edits have become some of the most asked about tracks in our sets. So we wanted to share some of our private stashes with the fans and DJ’s out there. Because at the end of the day the point of the music is to share it. So we hope y’all enjoy and rock it LOUD.”
