Stiff Pap Dlala features as the Red Bull Culture Clash 2017 anthem
Stiff Pap Dlala has made it onto the Red Bull stage as the theme song for the upcoming Red Bull Culture Clash 2017.
Up and coming dynamic duo Stiff Pap are exploding with some serious flavour.
The pair, who burst onto the scene towards the end of 2016 are gearing up to release their debut 5-track EP, “Based on a Qho Story” later in the year.
Red Bull noticed their track Dlala on the internet and invited the lads to record their EP at the Red Bull Studios in Cape Town, which is all about unearthing local talent.
Stiff Pap Dlala will also feature as the official anthem for the Red Bull Culture Clash 2017 and be showcased throughout the event in various ways. This is massive!
Clash of the Cultures
The Red Bull Culture Clash is a massive competition taking place in Johannesburg on the 23rd of September at Orlando Stadium.
The Clash features artists such as AKA, DJ Tira, Patoranking and Admiral & Jahseed as captains of their respective style’s teams.
The genres showcased are hip-hop, house, afro-beats and reggae so it will be jam-packed with flavour foe every taste.
They will battle it out in 4 rounds with the crowd roar determining who wins each round. Very much like Step Up but with bad-ass South African beats.
The final winner will be determined by the hosts, with crowd response in mind of course.
