DJ Little Ale is the latest young DJ sensation
DJ Little Ale is a seven year old girl from Bali and she is a DJ.
She focuses on the musings of Brazilian bass, house, and techno. This little pint size has already managed to claim a headline slot at the Wonderfruit Festival.

Unlike most kids her age who are simply learning to spell and count, DJ Little Ale is taking on the very grown up world of electronic dance music. She is also gearing up to produce her own music as she has recently gotten in the studio to learn how and follow through with this plan.
When a kid as young as DJ Little Ale shows this much concentration and conviction it’s undeniably awe inspiring. She wants to be just like her dad. She has grown up watching her dad DJ all of her life. He even took her along to the Cocoon Beach Club. Her father is Lebanese/Swedish music producer. He DJs a varying mix of electronic dance music and h career has lasted for twenty years with a gig roster that has taken him all over North Africa, Europe, and Asia.
How it all started…
It was at a wedding where DJ Little Ale first showed everyone what she was made of. She played a set filled with Brazilian bass bangers.
A video of this set went viral and she started gaining worldwide attention for her skills. Brazilian artists Dubdogz and Alok noticed her and Bhaskar even sent her unreleased music to put into her new sets.
While all of this might be overwhelming for any child her age, it seems that this little tour de force just gets more hype with every new achievement.
Recently, she was signed to a record label in Bali known as Praia. For someone working on her sound as early on as she is it should be fascinating to see where she grows with it in the future.
