UVI Xtreme FX 1.5 is a huge collection of high-quality, professionally recorded samples for everything from Foley to sound design.

UVI Xtreme FX 1.5 is an updated version to UVI’s highly-acclaimed sample-library, it now consists of over 5000 high-quality, professionally recorded and treated samples in a wide array of categories from sound design and Foley to more musical applications.

The pack comes in the form of UVI Instruments which can be loaded into Falcon, or the company’s free Workstation plugin – which both support drag-and-drop functionality into most popular DAWs, allowing you to use the samples dry or further process and edit them within those plugins.

The patches are very thoughtfully categorized for easy browsing, all the sounds which contain pitched information will reflect that in the patch title. The instruments feature some sound design parameters allowing you to shape the sounds in various ways, there are LFOs, distortion, filters and more.

For UVI Falcon owners, this pack is an exceptional addition for those who use the Granular engine a lot, there’s a ton of ambient and textural samples to experiment with.

What’s in the box…

UVI Xtreme FX 1.5 is made up of 9.25gb of data, consisting of 686 presets which are made from over 5000 samples. It can be loaded as a VST, AU, AAX or standalone in one of UVI’s applications, however, as I mentioned above the samples are a great resource on their own!

For those who use a lot of ambient and soundscapes in their tracks, Psytrance producers – I’m looking at you, this is a great quick-and-easy tool for creating those compelling intros, outros, breaks and atmospheric beds for your productions.
