Syntronik from IK Multimedia features 38 classic synthesizers
With Syntronik, a brand new virtual instrument from IK Multimedia, you get no less than 38 iconic synthesizers emulations all in one almighty package.
Syntronik is both Mac and PC compatible and will be available from July 2017.
Using a new hybrid sample and modeling synthesis engine, combined with an arsenal of high-quality modeled effects this is a one-stop shop for 38 vintage synthesizers.
Instruments from ARP, Yamaha, Roland, Moog, Sequential Circuits and Oberheim all feature.
Shipped with a 50GB library containing around 70,000 samples of these synths, the Syntronik engine has a newly developed synthesis engine that has been used to model four classic analogue filters: the Moog transistor ladder, Roland’s IR3109 chip, the Curtis CEM3320 chip, and the Oberheim SEM state variable filter.
Syntronik also makes use of IK Multimedia’s Drift Technology which I designed to emulate the way analogue circuits behave by reproducing the ‘movement’ associated with real analogue oscillators.
Syntronik also provides powerful digital filters like Formant and Phase filters that can take the analog source oscillators into other dimensions for modern timbral exploration.
Each synth also includes an arpeggiator and one has 38 effects derived from IK’s T-RackS and AmpliTube software to add some spice to things.
The final money-shot is that you also layer up to 4 different synth parts which means an endless supply of sound creation options at your fingertips.
