Sennheiser HD25 anniversary edition special offer
The legendary Sennheiser HD25 headphones, loved by many of us DJs and producers are being offered as a special deal to celebrate the brand’s 75th anniversary.
To celebrate this milestones Sennheiser have done two things.
If you buy the headphones here you will pay $99.95 instead of $149.95.
That’s a 30 % discount and in South African rand terms is about R 1,700.
Currently the Sennheiser HD25 headphones are priced around R 5k in SA so this is quite a bit cheaper. But don’t forget customs duties which will add back 10% plus they will charge VAT as well which is 15%.
That suddenly make the R 1,700 become R 2,125 – still considerably cheaper than R 5,000.
But… then there’s the courier charges…
Sennheiser HD25 Limited Edition
Anyway, it’s a nice idea but the really sweet part is the chance of getting one of only 25,000 HD25 Limited Editions that will be available worldwide.
You have to be lucky though because they say not everybody who orders at the special price will get the limited edition version with both black earpads and an additional set of yellow earpads which are inspired by the famous colours of another icon – Sennheiser’s HD 414, the world’s first open headphones.
The HD25 monitoring headphones are on special offer during the month of June.
The HD25 headphones are one the most popular choices for DJs and this model has been in production for 30 years.
The Sennheiser HD25 Limited Edition headphones also feature a retro Sennheiser logo on the earcups and come packaged in a box with a stylish retro sleeve.
