Roland Rubix are new audio interfaces
The Roland Rubix range of audio interfaces, announced earlier this year, are now shipping and should be available in South Africa soon.
The Rubix is a line of three audio interfaces for Mac, PC, and iPad which offer solid build quality in a compact size at a reasonable price.
The Roland Rubix audio interfaces are available in three models; Rubix22, 24 and 44.
Emphasis has been placed on extremely low noise from input to output to offer clean, detailed sound that is transparent and accurate. The low noise mic preamps support audio resolutions up to 24-bit/192kHz.
There are also highly visible indicators to give the user accurate feedback as to when the signal is good and then it is being overloaded on the input.
The substantial shielding and ground lifts also help to ensure that the interfaces operate quietly and efficiently in any environment.
The Roland Rubix range
The Rubix22 offers 2-in/2-out with dual mic preamps. This is ideal for use with an iPad too.
Rubix24, as the name suggest, sports two extra outputs and a hardware compressor/limiter for controlling highly dynamic sources.
Rubix44 has two additional mic preamps for a total of 4 inputs and 4 outputs plus the features of the Rubix24.
Look out for the Roland Rubix range in South Africa.
