Propellerhead launch their flagship Europa synth as VST
After success with Reason 10, which included their new flagship synthesizer, Europa, Propellerhead decided to take it a step further.
They have just announced that the Europa synthesizer is now available as a VST and AU plugin, meaning you’re no longer limited to only using it within Propellerhead Reason software. This is a huge step from a company who only recently decided to make its way into the world of VST and AU compatibility.
Under the hood Europa’s oscillator section includes over 30 wavetables, 24 filter types and a wide variety of oscillator modifier modes, effects and modulation possibilities. Furthermore, the plugin comes bundled with over 500 factory presets from leading sound designers – to get you going right out of the box.
Europa includes a unique advanced Spectral Filter, that allows you to shape your sound in ways that traditional subtractive filters can only dream of, then run them through the harmonics processor to rearrange and recalculate the harmonic content in various exciting ways. You can even draw in your own spectral filter curves, using the shape of the fourth envelope within the plugin.
The new plugin is FREE for all Reason 10 users!
That’s right, the new VST and AU versions of the Europa synthesizer are available for free to all Reason 10 users. For everyone else, Propellerhead is running a launch promotion, grab Europa for only USD $99 (Around R1300) up until 30th June 2018, thereafter it will go for USD $149 (Around R1900).
