Numark NS7III unveiled for release in 2015
The Numark NS7III was unveiled at NAMM 2015 in January and as expected, much like the brand new Numark NV controller that has just arrived in South Africa, it sports full colour screens.

The Numark NS7III will of course be the company’s flagship controller in their range as has been with its predecessors the NS7 and NS7II, both of which have proven exceptionally popular and successful. The objective behind the NS7 has always been to offer the best of both worlds – the power of digital – Serato – with the high-end features of a professional DJ turntable. This allows a DJ to still tap into the old-skool ethos of Djing without losing out on the amazing features that digital DJing offers.
Numark NS7III – the bar has been raised
The new Numark NS7III now has 3 full colour 4.3 inch (just under 11 cms) screens; two of them provide moving waveforms, playhead, deck, and FX status much like the NV controller. The third screen – the central screen – is a dedicated library screen which means you always have your playlist right in front of you to monitor tunes and decide what to play next. But that’s not all! The third screen can also be switched to display stackable parallel waveforms for complete beat matching control as you would get in Serato on the laptop screen. This moves Numark’s goal even further forward to have you close your laptop cover and focus just on the gear in front of you.
The Numark NS7III has full metal construction, a four-channel audio mixer, touch-activated controls and the Akai Professional MPC performance pads that NS7II users will already be familiar with. The Numark NS7III is plug and play compatible with Serato DJ—no additional purchase of the software is required—and is Serato NoiseMap ready.
