Free Massive X presets from Expressive E – creators of the Touché
Introducing a new bundle of Free Massive X presets from Expressive E, the creators of the Touché and Touché SE.
The Expressve E Touché system is rather unique, its an expressive MIDI controller allowing you hands-on control of various MIDI parameters with a unique, very-playable instrument. The controller uses a paddle which senses various gestures and translates those into MIDI messages for hardware or software synths to understand.
These more advanced controllers can often take time getting used to how they work, let alone creating your own patches to work seamlessly with the unique controller. That’s why both the Expressive E Touché and Touché SE come with over 200 professionally crafted presets, fully-mapped and ready to go, for a host of popular third-party plugins, and a further 200 presets for UVI Workstation.
The Expressive E t team has just announced that they are releasing a new bank of Massive X presets, specifically created for use with the unique Touché and Touché SE controllers. The presets are free for everyone, so you don’t technically need either a Touché or Touché SE controller, it will just add a level of hands-on playability to the sounds.
Available for everyone, not just Touché and Touché SE users…
Anyone can head over to the Expressive E website and grab the free Massive X presets, all you need to do is sign up for an account. If you have any other MIDI controller, or better yet an MPE controller – I’m sure you can map your parameters easily.
For Massive X users, this is a great time to add presets to your library – if you’re looking for a more hands-on playability – maybe even grab a Touché or Touché SE controller for USD $399 (Around R6k excl. duties) or USD $229 (Around R3350 excl. duties), and get over 200 presets for a variety of different plugins.
