IdeaGen Max For Live device designed to aid creativity
IdeaGen is a brand new Max For Live device that is designed to aid music producers looking for some inspiration when stuck in that creative rut we all face now and then.
It’s certainly not the first of its kind but what is cool abut IdeaGen is that it I super simple to use, unlike some which require quite a bit of parameter settings to get results.
The software was created by John Schoeneman and what it does is generate random sequences based on just a few simple settings.
You can then take the results and either creates Ableton clips directly from them or edit them in the sequencer first.
For just $4 this Max For Live device will come in handy for quick fire ideas on the fly.
