Control you Korg Volca Keys synthesizer via your DAW!
Momo Müller is back, this time with a software editor for the highly popular Korg Volca Keys portable synthesizer.
The new Volca Keys editor comes both as a standalone application, VST for PC users or AU for the Mac users. The editor adds a host of exciting functionality to Korg’s mini-synthesizer, from DAW integration and syncing to preset library management.
The very compact layout, small controllers and lack of a display on the KORG Volca Keys make it rather difficult to program precise parameter changes, the software makes it much easier to dial in the exact setting you want. The added convenience of automation control of all the parameters adds a new level of manipulation, simply save the project on your DAW and the VST editors preset will be consolidated within that project. This is great because a lot of Analog synths force you to record in your patch, otherwise you will probably lose it before opening the project again!
Momo Müller’s new Korg Volca Keys Editor also includes a nifty X/Y Pad which is assignable to any parameter on the synth, allowing you to play the Volca Keys in all-new ways.
Under R100 to add new functionality to your synth… It’s a no-brainer
For any owners of the Korg Volca Keys synthesizer who are looking for more precise and new controls than offered on the somewhat crowded panel layout of the Volca, Momo Müller’s editor is a steal at only EUR 5,90 (Around R90).
There’s also a host of other nifty editors available on his website, for Korg Volca Bass and Volca Beats owners amongst a wide variety of other brands. And if you own all three of the above Volca synths you can grab all of the editors in one easy bundle.
