Remix the biggest tunes with Bangers
Want to have some fun while waiting for your bus, train or taxi? Try out the new iOS game called Bangers.
Sadly it is currently only available for Apple devices and seems aimed more at iPhone users than anything else.
But it is FREE and we do like free, don’t we?
Bangers could be likened to games such as Rock band or Guitar Hero but this is aimed firmly at dance music lovers. We wouldn’t even say DJs or producers because it is a game not an iOS music app.
It also comes loaded with the songs to be remixed with tunes from Skrillex, David Guetta, Disclosure, and Martin Garrix plus a bunch of others that can be mashed up with these.
But Bangers is a little more sophisticated than that. You can also create your own remixes using the built-in drum sequencer and the sound packs.
It’s not the first game based app for electronic music; there are actually quite a few one can download. One of our favourites in the office is Ninja Jamm which is also based around sampling.
Bangers is best suited to EDM lovers who have a penchant for hoover sounds and lazers.
