Viberate crypto platform introduces rewarding system
The Viberate crypto platform wants to compensate its contributors.
Viberate helps musicians get paid via a decentralised cryptocurrency, enabling music enthusiasts from all corners of the earth to help shape a music industry where all parties are compensated for their efforts.
The company doesn’t solely focus on musicians, but also aids promoters, events and fans so that they may all make sweet music together.
Viberate’s goal is to list and map the global live music industry in an easily-accessible, easily-payable format, giving the power to individuals.
The platform Viberate.com is currently up and running, listing over 130,000 profiles of contributors to the music industry the world over.
Their new feature aims to further compensate contributors: “We are rolling out a mechanism which will allow our contributors to receive a reward for helping us grow,” said Vasja Veber, COO and cofounder.
This means that anyone who either expands their database, keeps it up to date, helps the community, or promotes the service will get paid in tokens.

The Viberate crypto platform will distribute 5 000 VIB tokens among contributors each day which compares to $1.2 million worth of tokens in the following 2 000 days.
According to research, more than half of current users contribute to the platform out of support for the project and their love of music.
“Since those very users play a crucial role in helping us change the music industry, we want to reward them for their efforts, as they are actually a part of the team,” says Veber.
Some contributors will even be able to quit their jobs, a musician’s dream. “Our top contributor has earned over 42,000 VIB, which translates to approx. $7,000 at press time – not bad for roughly one month of work.”
In September, the Viberate crypto platform became the most successful crowdfunding project to date when they raised $10.7 million in under 5 minutes.
