Take Me Here Festival App tells you your ideal festival lineup
Generate YOUR festival lineup with the Take Me Here Festival App.
If you’ve ever been to a music festival, you’ve probably pondered about how you’d construct the lineup differently and probably thought you could do a better job at it than the promoters.
Not that there’s an app that let’s you construct real lineups (that would be absurd), however there was an app called Festify that went viral for taking users Spotify listening habits and generating a mock festival lineup.
The lineup featured top 24 artists from the past month, past six months, and all time. While this started out well, it soon fizzled due to lack of organization.
My Little Festival Lineup
Take Me Here Festival picked up where Festify left off, essentially performing the same actions as it’s former, however a little ramped up.
True to festival-style, Take Me Here organizes your artists into separate days and separate stages.
In order to get a glimpse into your own festival lineup, go here and select which streaming platform (Spotify or Deezer) you would like to link the app to. Remember to go to your Spotify Account when you’re done and remove access to “Festival timeline generator.”
The results are hilarious seeing as the generator doesn’t pay attention to genre so you could end up with David Gray playing after Ace Ventura like my lineup has.
Nevertheless, the Take Me Here Festival App presents a fun way to express your listening habits.
