Soul Candi 2015 reignited sees the brand having undergone various changes in order to brighten up their image and move forward to even greater things.
Amid any speculation that their big changes may have conjured up, they want to make it clear that they are not closing shop. Instead they have repositioned their business model and as of this month, May 2015 they will be in a newly renovated penthouse suite in Rosebank, Joburg.
The image and direction of Soul Candi 2015 is a newer, polished, and reinvented version of what has come before.
In case you’re wondering why they felt the need to undergo the changes that they have, here is a little statement from the founder of Soul Candi, Harael Salkow:
When reflecting on where we came from and defining our future path it became evidently clear that we came from a place where our daily focus was sharing the best artists and experiences with music fans. The music rights investment business, while fun and exciting, had caused us to make family of a handful of acts while turning the rest of the artist community into our competitors. In getting back to our roots we concluded that the conflict had to go to allow us to get back to our reason for existing – celebrating the music industries’ finest with our loving fans. This means Soul Candi will no longer be investing in artist rights.”
And, this is what the future of Soul Candi 2015 and beyond will look like.

With a constant flow of new music being released daily, Soul Candi will continue to identify and share the best of genre content through their compilations and digital media platforms.
