Seth Troxler to climb Kilimanjaro
In July this year Seth Troxler plans to climb the highest mountain in Africa – Kilimanjaro for charity.
The charity is to fight brain cancer and he is calling on his fans to help match his ambitions to raise $ 1 million.
He says his personal target is $100k but hope his 700,000 social media fanbase will jump onboard and support the cause.
It is indeed a noble gesture and knowing what we know about Troxler from the media and his outspoken comments it is pretty legit, we think. He does not seem the type to be doing this simply for the exposure or for a great photo opportunity although should he achieve his goal to climb the mountain and raise the funds, he will be a media darling for sure.
But it does worry us. Have you seen Troxler without his shirt on? 🙂

Have you seen how high Kilimanjaro is? Climbing Africa’s highest mountain is said to be one helluva difficult – something people prepare themselves for months in advance before undertaking.
No doubt he will have some help and no doubt he will do some preparation… we hope!
Either way we wish him well. Anybody prepared to undertake something as hard as this deserves a chance and our support.
