Scorpion Kings drop surprise album, announce first live show
Scorpion Kings Live will take place at Sun Arena in Pretoria in April.
Following the official announcement of their first massive live production taking place this April, DJ Maphorisa and Kabze De Small AKA “Scorpion Kings” dropped a full-length album on Friday, 31 January for their fans.
Primarily released on Apple Music, the album titled “SCORPION KINGS LIVE” will also be available on Spotify and Deezer over the next few days. It will feature SA favourites Samthing Soweto, Cassper Nyovest, Vyno Miller, Aymos and Howard to name a few.
With AMAPIANO having dominated the South African airways all through 2019, there is no way you can talk about the genre without mentioning these key Amapiano players.
The duo first collaborated in July last year when they released their first album “Scorpion Kings.” This was followed by projects Piano Hub and the “Return of the Scorpion Kings.”
Going LIVE
Following their huge success in 2019, the duo partnered with one of SA’s leading event organizers Glen21 Entertainment, as they will be hosting their first live concert “Scorpion Kings Live” at Sun Arena in Pretoria in April.
The 3-hour long, first-of-its-kind curated show in Pretoria will feature live performances from a string of talented artists to be announced closer to the show.
Tickets for the LIVE show are on sale now at Ticketpros.co.za or any Ticket Pro outlet including any Super Spar or selected Jet, Edgars and CNA stores nationwide. Prices range between R150 and R490.
