Rapper Rick Ross hospitalised after being found unresponsive, reports say
Rick Ross hospitalised and put on ventilator, reports say.
According to TMZ, Rick Ross was found unresponsive and “slobbing out the mouth” at his Miami home last Thursday.
TMZ reports that Ross is being treated by the cardiac unit of the hospital, and it is suspected that he suffered a heart attack which manifested itself in respiratory issues.
The music mogul, who has suffered from seizures in previous times, was then reportedly placed on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), which is a technique used to oxygenate the blood outside of the body before it’s pumped back into the body, however Ross’ family denies this.
In 2011 Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, suffered two seizures on two separate flights, chalking it up to lack of sleep.
“I would get two hours of sleep and keep moving – me being a hustler,” he said.

Stars took to social media to express prayers and well wishes to ‘Da Boss.’
Missy Elliot, P Diddy, and Gucci Mane to name a few have all expressed their prayers for the rapper.
Fat Trel posted a picture of Ross on Instagram, reassuring fans that he is in fact okay and not on life support:
It reads: “JUS TALKED 2 MY BIG HOMIE… HE GOOD… HE IN DA HOSPITAL BUT HE IS NOT ON “LIFE SUPPORT” … HE GOOD (sic)”
Although no comment has been made by Ross’ camp and it is unclear where he stands, Rick Ross hospitalised certainly isn’t positive- we wish him a speedy recovery!
