As both cities come together to celebrate on 31 December, the “busiest man in dance” will kick-off the festivities at Ballito’s famous NYE street party before jetting off to Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront to welcome in 2013 on his double-city night.
Via a live broadcast, fans will get to follow this world famous DJ as he departs Ballito and arrives in Cape Town on a private jet. His movement from one event to the next will be broadcast live to each NYE party with live interaction between both events.
“With 13,000 party-goers in KZN and 8,000 people attending the V&A Waterfront Rooftop Party, we decided to treat the fans of SA’s two largest NYE events to an international DJ of the highest caliber, creating the ultimate experience for locals and international holiday-makers alike”, comments Gareth Devore, Marketing Director of G&G Productions.
“With his recently released three new compilations, Pete’s at the forefront of dance and everyone’s really excited for him to bring a taste of Ibiza to South Africa’s coast this December.”
