Nicolas Jaar announces Vtgnike album to be released via Other People.
Nicolas Jaar’s imprint Other People will release a new album by Moscow-based producer Vtgnike aka Danil Avramov. This marks his second full-length on the highly-acclaimed label following his outstanding ‘Dubna’ LP in 2014. ‘Steals’ will be out on February 22nd on 12” and digital formats.
Vtgnike (pronounced “Vintage Nike”) had previously released a few records on RAD showcasing his experimental take on dance music and his most recent work was for the ГОСТ ЗВУК crew in 2017.
He is currently a resident at Moscow’s NII Club, “Nauka I Iskusstvo” which translates to “Science and Arts”, a multifunctional space for cross-cultural experimentation.
