New Hero drop tech house EP ‘Wicked Intentions,’ out now.

New Hero are a global chart-topping electronic live act from South Africa that are rocking the airwaves with their unique production of twisted heavy-bass and euphoric sounds.

The duo brings together the musically talented minds of Keaton and Scottie. Keaton, otherwise known as ‘Grimehouse,’ is a household name in Dubstep, ranking #1 in South Africa for the genre. His debut album ‘Magnus Opus’ also charted at #1 on Beatport.

Scottie Moore has also enjoyed success in the music industry when he was the lead singer of the SAMA nominated rock band ‘Reburn.’

The two have known each other since the tender age of 17, when they met on the DJ circuit in Cape Town. Always having a musical kinship, now, 14 years later they are finally merging their talents to give the world a New Hero.

As for their production, they’ve said their music is “authentic” and “always produced in the way we want it to be produced”, with them able to experiment with the combination of heavy bass and other varied genre-bending sounds- something listeners are clearly loving.
