Nasty C held up at gunpoint with his friends

Nasty C held up at gunpoint at his house in Johannesburg.

One minute you’re having a good time with your friends, the next you’re apprehended, tied up and fearing for your life.

Such is the case for one of SA’s favourite rappers, Nasty C.

Nasty C was left traumatised after he and four friends were not only tied up, but also held up at gunpoint in his home in Roodekraans, Johannesburg.

Pierre Ball, who is a close friend and business partner of the rapper, told TshisaLIVE that although the rapper was traumatised, he is relieved that no one was hurt.

“Nobody was injured in the house robbery and everyone is just grateful that there were no injuries because it had the potential to be much worse,” Pierre said.

Nasty happening

When going through such a traumatizing happening, getting back to your normal routine is the key to surpassing it- which is what Nasty C tried to do.

Captain Mavela Masondo, who is the SAPS spokesperson, confirmed that the two suspects who stormed the rapper’s house were armed with a gun and a knife.

“Yes, we can confirm that there were five victims in the house when two suspects got into the house and tied them up. One was armed with a gun and the other with a knife,” Masondo said.

Masonda said that after the victims were tied up, the robbers stole their valuables, including tablets, cellphones, laptops, and a Rolex watch.

“We are investigating a case of house robbery. No suspects have been arrested yet,” he said.
