‘Let Me Go’ by SA duo No Method has over 10 Million Views on YouTube
With a winning method, the first song ever produced by Cape Town based duo, No Method, has gone viral.
This Cape Town based duo comprises of Producer/DJ Sam World and singer/songwriter Claire Rose.
‘Let Me Go’ by No Method seems to be taking the online world by storm.
Their Lyric Video for their first single “Let Me Go” has gone viral over the past 3 months and there are no signs of it slowing down, as it continues to gain thousands of views a day.
No Method approached NAB Productions to create a beautiful Lyric Video which is set in the breathe-taking landscape of Cape Town.
“Let Me Go” has also received over 300 000 Shazams and has garnered licensing deals with the whole of Eastern Europe.
The winning method
No Method’s musical style consists of the fusion between pop and electronic music, as Claire Rose’s angelic voice anchors Sam World’s fun electronic beats.
The single has broken into the European charts, gaining serious airplay on radio stations.
They are also in the midst of discussing licensing deals with the likes of Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia and Bulgaria.
At 19 years of age, Claire is juggling her exams with her now-booming music career and Sam World is in the studio, producing, until sunrise.
On home soil “Let Me Go” is seeing major success on SA music charts.
It has been #1, three weeks in a row on the Top 30 Charts on 5FM as well as Goodhope FM.
It is also getting airplay on East Coast Radio, Heart FM and KFM.
