Gorillaz New Album – checkout their studio
The Gorillaz new album was first announced last July and now almost a year later we’re being teased once again.
This time however it’s a couple of cool Instagram posts to artist and designer, Jamie Hewlett’s profile in the form of videos showing Damon Albarn and co. in the studio.
It’s short, it’s brief and it’s not exactly a studio walkthrough but it’s still a cute little insight into what gear they have setup and does suggest a cool collaborative vibe. It’s enough for us to get just a tad more excited!
The Gorillaz new album looks like it’ll have the same collaborative concept as previous releases and if the studio video is anything to go by – will have lots of cool, phat analog sounds mixed in with the electronic backbone that often defines their sound.
We can’t wait….
One thing is for sure; the Gorillaz new album for 2016 is without doubt one of the most anticipated releases right now.
