With her tech toys and electric stage presence, Giorgia Angiuli is a live act you won’t want to miss.
The solo project of Giorgia Angiuli stylistically moves between pop, techno and house. She uses her voice to create a dreamy dimension intensified by the use of unique toy instruments.
During her set she combines keyboards, drum pad and Theremin with the sounds of a toy flute, sax, trumpets and many other toys. Mixing all of these samples and loops she shapes a vibrating and energetic groove that sets the dance floor on fire.
She’s one of those acts where you can never say, “I’ve seen it all” as each performance brings a completely unique and interesting sonic and visual experience to the audience- and she’s coming to South Africa.

On Saturday 1 Feb, 2020 Giorgia will grace Shimmy Beach Club in Cape Town with her eclectically awesome presence with support from the best local talent- yet to be confirmed.

Then on Sunday 2 Feb, Giorgia and her tech toys head to 1 Fox in Joburg for a show, further details of which are still to be announced.
From 2013 to the present Giorgia has had success releasing on some of the biggest labels, Stil vor Talent, Crosstown Rebels, Kindisch, Kevin Saunderson’s legendary techno KMS, and Harry Klein to name a few.
She has also toured all over the world and is set to embark on her third South American and USA tour this October.
This is a near-perfect booking, except for the fact that the booking is on the same weekend as Origin Festival, a staple on the festival calendar. Dare I say #GetGiorgiatoOrigin?
