Eaze – Snoop Dogg’s Cannabis Delivery Service
Eaze – the startup business funded by Snoop Dogg is a cannabis delivery service and has been described as the ‘Uber for Weed’. I’m sure no one is surprised that Snoop is putting a monetarily invested interest into the recent surge of weed legalisation and the global changing attitude towards the cannabis plant and its benefits.
The iconic rapper along with a number of other investors have put so much as ten million dollars into the start-up capital for a weed delivery service known as Eaze.
This on demand styled delivery service functions as the connection between California’s medical marijuana patients/users and the coveted dispensaries.
Eaze claims it can provide its customers with cannabis in ten minutes. I know I’m not the only one thinking how neat it would be to order your weed and pizza at the same time (legally). Oh, the novelty.
So this is all happening in the states at the moment and the global future of cannabis distribution is pretty much a blank book waiting to be written. A legalised world is all our grand kids will know and we will have the much relished opportunity to shock them with tales of how we used to get down back in those days.
Ok, day dream over. Back to the facts, Eaze is available in thirty five cities across the United States and the fresh new cash inflow will allow the company to hire fifty new staff members.
Snoop Dogg is the latest musician to invest in the cannabis industry ahead of the plant’s potential legalisation. The country music singer and Snoop collaborator Willie Nelson plans to launch his Willie’s Reserve dispensary chain later this year. It’s a good idea to strike while the iron is hot. Cypress Hill’s B Real, another friend of Snoop’s, plans to open his own medical marijuana dispensary in Orange County in the coming months. Go America.
