DJ Fortee has a cool disposition with a fiery passion for soul & afro house. He is currently signed under “Murmur MusiQ” and works closely with Sony Music.

Niniola has a vocal range that can crack a glass, takes her influences, from the likes of Dolly Parton, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Beyoncé and Yoruba(African) music, and uses them to shape her own style. In her words “I naturally gravitate to a sound that’s filled with warmth and timelessness”.

Well two great artists are always better than one, so naturally these two music makers made a song that so happens to be a hit.

When asked about why DJ Fortee chose to work with Niniola:

“When creating a song,  I produce with a specific artist in mind. I created the beat for this song specifically for Niniola and she loved it. Her lyrics and melody complete the song,” DJ Fortee explains.

Niniola’s love for South African music and DJ Fortee’s intoxicating beat is the blueprint of Monini’s spellbinding rhythm.

“I must confess, the first time I heard the beat it caught me immediately, and my love for South Africa got me hyped up on the song.
