Croatian Lighthouse Festival will be making its way to Cape Town

The Lighthouse Festival is a Croatian event that is sold out each year. The festival has been going for five years and will be extending its brand to the party scene of Cape Town in 2017.

The underground music Lighthouse Festival is all about transcontinental underground music. Next year, Cape Town will be the first international city to host an affiliate event.

It will be a one day open air party that will take place next to a historic lighthouse building. Pre and after parties for the festival will take place in the CBD of Cape Town.

The main dance floor will be in the picturesque Slangkop lighthouse which was built back in 1914. It is located near the town of Kommetjie. To get to this event you will have to take a forty five minute drive in a shuttle bus from Cape Town through the tourist spot of Chapman’s Peak.
