No, you can’t cure Coronavirus with cocaine or bleach…
Officials in France have actually had to put out a public statement to let citizens know that Coronavirus cannot be cured by snorting cocaine.
“No, cocaine does NOT protect against COVID-19,″ the French health ministry tweeted Sunday. “It is an addictive drug that causes serious side effects and is harmful to people’s health.”

Rumours stating the contrary has been going around social media for the past few weeks, thanks to a fake news alert posted by The Brian Jonestown Massacre singer Anton Newcombe stating that “cocaine kills Corona Virus.”

Soaked in bleach
Other social media users have also suggested ingesting dangerous elixirs like bleach to cure the infection caused by Coronavirus (for which there is no known remedy).
Nearly 1800 people have tested positive for the virus in France, with more than 30 of those people having died.
Law enforcement agencies across the pond in America are approaching the crossroads of drug use and coronavirus in a different fashion, announcing:
“Public Service Announcement: WARNING: if you have recently purchased cocaine, meth, heroin, or any other street drugs locally, it may be contaminated with the Corona Virus,” cops in the northeast Florida beach community wrote.
“Please bring the drugs to the police department and we will test them for free. If you’re not comfortable coming to the police department, we will send an officer to your house and they’ll test your illegal drugs in the privacy of your home! Please spread the word!,” they continue.
But sorry guys, cocaine can’t cure Coronavirus.
