Cassper Nyovest the king of the SA Hip Hop Awards 2016
Cassper Nyovest walked away the supreme winner at the SA Hip Hop awards 2016 ceremony.
The SA Hip Hop awards2016 show took place in Joburg this past Wednesday. He cleaned up with four of the awards namely Best Digital Sales, MVP of the Year, Hustler of the Year categories.
Clearly the favourite, he was awarded with the prestigious milestone award. He shared a picture of this award on Twitter with his fans and invited them to join him at Taboo in Joburg for the celebration.
Cassper tweeted…
“1 of 4!!!! Thank you so much to all the fans!!! See you at Taboo tomorrow!!! Come celebrate with me!!! #SAHHA2016”
Other SA Hip Hop awards2016 winners included…
Another local rapper, Emtee came in second with his three awards in the Best Male, Best Remix and Best Album categories.
Rapper, Fifi Cooper earned two awards on the night. She won the Best Female Artist and Best Newcomer awards. The Lyricist of the Year award went to A-Reece.
Local favourite Kwesta is loved for his one of a kind flow and knack for hit making. He won the biggest prize at the SA Hip Hop awards2016 with his chart topper N’gud which won Song of the Year.
