5 Ways to get your ESCape on with Alex Stein, Faders & more
The ESCape Day Night Party takes place this Saturday, 4th February at the Slaley Guest House, a location that has become quite popular for these 12 hour events.
If you suffer from a short attention span as many of us do, we’ve decided to put together a really short, easy to read, easy to follow, easy to understand list of 5 good reasons why Tri-Helix Productions and Vanguard Present Escape should be a rocking party this weekend.

1. Three Internationals
It’s not often you get 3 international headliners on a day party lineup. There are exceptions but usually we’d be happy with one headliner and then a quality local lineup ‘cos as we all know, local is lekker. Cape Town DJs rock!
Brazilian DJ Alex Stein is no stranger to our shores and he returns by popular demand to do what he does best. Drop massive techno bombs.
Psytrance fans are also in for a treat with a double whammy. For the more progressive, melodic fans, Ilai will surely satisfy and then for fans of massive, layered fullon, Faders is highly anticipated for the night.
2. Local Psy is lekker
Have you seen the local psy lineup?. Headroom is bordering on God-like status among his growing legions of fans and Dave Mac’s 20 years experience at tweaking dancefloors means just one thing; you‘re going to stomp your asses off!
3. Techno House legends at work
One look at the techno and house artists on the bill assures one that the day is going to flow seamlessly from groovy, morning and afternoon tunes into the tougher deeper techno sounds as things lead up to Alex Stein.
Killer Robot are consummate pros at taking people on a genuine journey and Stab Virus are the ‘men of the moment‘; this duo cannot put a foot wrong right now with their unique blend of techno.
Terrasoul, Gully and DKON vs. KONG are known to drop killer sets too and are all great at setting the mood.
4. Venue
30 minutes from the Cape Town CBD and only about 15-20 minutes from Stellies, the Slayley Guest House is the perfect day time location.
This venue is sexy and includes a swimming pool right next to the dancefloor.
Need we say more? Bring your bikinis and board shorts (or speedo if you must 🙂 ), remember your sun cream and come soak yourself in rocking beats.
5. It’s summer!
It’s February and it’s summer. In fact this is usually the hottest time of the year. Saturday is forecast to be 31 degrees. Where else would you rather be than at a poolside dancefloor with sexy people, sexy beats and sexy treats?
